*Please note that if parking is not allowed on your side of the street you will need to obtain a temporary permit with the City of Toronto. Let us know if this is the case and we will provide you with the service vehicle license plate number needed in the application.
If a permit is not granted, you will have to be responsible for any parking tickets and fines issued. NOTE – tickets and fines can be issued to you and us. You will be responsible for both.

EXTRA CHARGES
If you have ductwork in the ATTIC or a CRAWLSPACE, please let us know at the time of booking – it will take longer to perform our services on these HVAC parts and is subject to an additional surcharge of $149 + hst.
If we arrive and assess that your HVAC system DOES NOT require remediation on the day of your scheduled service and you DO NOT proceed with our service, an assessment fee of $199 + tax will be charged as a truck fee for sending our technicians to your home. Give us a call and ask us how to inspect your own HVAC system if you are unsure of whether or not this service is really needed, advice from us is always FREE!
If your home is larger than 3000 sq ft or has more than 26 supply vents, we may require more time to remediate – if we arrive and we determine that your job site will take longer than 3 hrs to remediate properly (due to cleanliness, access and size of your home) then we will need to reschedule your appointment to a different day in order to allocate the appropriate time to perform our service properly. ADDITIONAL SERVICES
The following services can only be assessed IN PERSON. If you have a MAINTENANCE PLAN; check to see if the cleaning of these components are already included in your plan.
Upon our FREE inspection of the FURNACE BLOWER & the AC COILS, should they be dirty our rate to clean them is:
- Furnace Blower Cleaning is $69 + HST (approx. 40-60 mins to clean)
- AC Coil Cleaning is $59 + HST (approx. 30-40 mins to clean)
- NOTE – if you’ve never had a Furnace/AC maintenance; we STRONGLY suggest you have one performed by a licensed technician, visit MAINTENANCE PLANS for more info.
WITH OUR DUCT CLEANING SERVICE (ON THE SAME DAY)
- DRYER VENT CLEANING (located on first floor or basement) – $89 + HST
If dryer is located on 2nd Floor, $129 + HST - LINT ALERT SYSTEM (includes flood monitor, lint alert unit and installation) – $199 + HST
*note: dryer vent must be cleared prior to calibration and install - CENTRAL VAC CLEANING – $69 + HST
- HRV and HEPA filter cleaning – $89 + HST
