Although I, much like yourself receive at least 30 offers of duct cleaning daily on the phone, I actually need to have my ducts cleaned post renovation and Dave’s Ducts was recommended to me by a close friend. Great choice! They were super responsive to my inquiry, friendly on the phone and prompt in availability. I called on a Monday and by Wednesday morning the Ducts were cleaned. Two gentlemen showed up right on time as they said they would, were very professional and friendly. They went right to work and had the job done in 2 hours. Pricing was fair and there were no surprises at the end as far as cost goes. They walked me through the process and I felt very comfortable. Although “Bill” from the “air duct cleaning service” may sound attractive on the phone, Dave’s Ducts are the real thing. I would have no problem recommending them to friends and family!

While researching duct cleaning companies, Dave’s website stood out above the rest. It was extremely comprehensive and explained the process and the qualifications of every individual working there. And then, when calling and actually speaking to Dave on the phone, that professionalism was further demonstrated with his knowledgeable, patient, and understanding demeanour. When his men arrived for our duct cleaning appointment, they were punctual and worked quickly and efficiently. They also repeatedly asked if I had any questions or concerns (I didn’t because Dave had already answered everything himself) and made sure I had the before and after photos of the cleaning job done at my house specifically, before they left. I used this company 5 years ago and was more than happy to use them again after a recent renovation. Easy to book, upfront pricing, no overselling and the crew was on time, clean and there was little/no intrusion while I worked from home. All of their vacuum equipment was small and portable and brought into the house which saved us from having to keep the door open in the winter (vs hosing running from a truck).

Dave did a bunch of work for us after we had to find a new HVAC contractor mid-project. The team at Dave's was awesome and their knowledge of the HVAC industry was very helpful. The duct cleaning was great...everyone probably has a story about duct cleaners whether its the constant calls from who know where in the world to poor service once they arrive. Dave's guys were on time, clean, efficient and took care in the job. They even showed us before and after photos and the ducts looked brand new!! We also took Dave's advice and had our system sealed. I had never heard of this before but due to the issues we had along the way with our project, even though it was new, we wanted our system to be as efficient as possible. This was a great choice as the system was quite leaky...Dave's sealing process filled the gaps and brought our system to a much more efficient level which will help keep our house warm in the winter, cool in the summer and put less stress on our HVAC appliances. Dave doesn't mess around. He is honest and his team is awesome. I highly recommend this company. Thanks Dave!!

Dave's Ducts is a professional duct cleaning company that we highly recommend! After cleaning and pressure testing our ducts the cracks were sealed (which added up to 3' x 3' leakage). The aerosealing closed all the gaps. This evened the heating in our home. The basement is no longer freezing! A Hepa Filter was added which changes the air in the house twice every hour. Now we breathe noticeably fresh and clean air. The addition of a humidifier on our furnace provides clean, moist air. We come home to a fresh smelling house. We sleep well at night, no longer feeling dry in the night! Thanks Dave, and friendly workers. We are both happy about the jobs done to provide healthy, comfortable living! Pretty sure our house had never had the ducts cleaned, but Dave's team took it on with impressive skill and professionalism. The before and after pics were pretty mind-blowing. Two people came and they checked everything first to ensure my house truly needs an cleaning. They are very honest. I feel fortunate to have done my research and come across to Dave's Ducts. They are professional and prompt in delivery of their services. From customer service perspective, I found them very patient and going extra mile so to speak. We purchases 2-day service that included Aeroseal Duct Sealing and Duct Cleaning packages - very happy with the results. I found Dave's Ducts on line. I was leery after years of being harassed on the phone by telemarketers, where duct cleaning has become its own meme. I called Dave and we booked a date to clean the ducts in my daughter and son in law's house. Here's what happened: The crew came in time in clean uniforms and a branded truck. They were professional and polite and advised me that we should defer the cleaning until the remodel was completed. When they returned last week, a different crew but equally professional, polite and impotent, completed the job, cleaning out the ducts of a century house. They were considerate of the house and it's contents and took great care with the ducts, covers and surrounding walls and floors. When they were done, the place smelled fantastic and the air quality was much improved. They even changed out the dirty furnace air filter with a fresh one from our supply. From start to finish, every point of contact with Dave's Ducts has been friendly and professional. Even before the actual cleaning took place I was impressed with the responsive and polite customer service over the phone and via email. Do I recommend this service? Absolutely. Sincerely, C. Was amazed by Kevin's attention to details in the whole process. Contacted me 9 am in the morning to ask me if I prefer an earlier slot just made available; arrived right on time and explained everything crystal clear. They also did a good job on keeping the house as it was before the cleaning, with little of my supervision. I scheduled the cleaning as the house had gone through some renovation and my nose was reacting to the dust. After the cleaning all my sympotom disappeared. Will definitely use their service again.

Mark and Dan actually arrived at my house a bit early. They were very courteous and did an amazing job. They found a bird’s nest frozen in my dryer duct, a very serious problem. They had to remove drywall to access the blockage. At the end the area was left clean, neat and professional looking.
